Time Machine
Yesterday I went out and bought an external hard drive to use with Time Machine, and to be honest Time Machine is really great.
It keeps hourly backups for the past 24 hours, a daily backup for the past month and weekly backups until the backup hard drive is full.

Time Machine is the one of the best things in Leopard, its helped me quite a few times.
