Well the cable guy came, install, and left. And man is it fast, I can download a 2gb file in 20mins at 2mbps, Literally.

liek omg a new pc!…

Heh, I’ve been thinking of building my own pc, instead of getting the idiots at HEC to make it.

I have the case picked out, its called NZXT Nemesis Elite Gaming Case it will be similar to what was in the POS I got from HEC with some newer parts and only 3GB of ram, and it will work 100%.

So I wake up yesterday and notice the green light for my broadband status on the modem is green, I turn on the PC and notice the download speed is at 200kbps when it was at 700kbps in melton.

Turns out the exchange in this area is 9km away while the one in melton was only 1km away, like usual when something is not right I get angry and try to do something about it.

So I checked for Cable availability and it turns out the area can get it (kick ass!) and on Monday telstra come out and install sweet sweet cable, with and activate my 17mbps connection.

Right now its just profiles, over the next few weeks I will be adding new things like Account Settings, Pictures, Messaging, allowing people to add friends and other things, so please don’t take one look and say pfft thats crap, keep checking back for updates.

I was going through my crap folder on my computer and found a few videos, heres one of them.

For those who know, the guy grabbed an electric fence.

I bookmark almost every decent page I visit, So I decided to check out del.icio.us, to see if its work using to keep my bookmarks in one place, and not have to keep backing and and and importing them when I reinstall windows or move to another computer, and my final word is that del.icio.us is actually quite good, I think I’ll keep using it.

And as you can probably see I’ve put a del.icio.us widget on the sidebar.

I should have posted about this when I did it, but oh well.

A month or so ago I was looking for something in the garage when I found a photo of, well lets just say someone I wish I had never met, I took the photo outside slapped it on the BBQ and lit it on fire, boy did I feel good about it too.

And the frame it was in, I’ll just say when we start cleaning the garage out to get ready to move, that frame wont be usable, unless someone is able to piece it back together.
